I offer both private pay and insurance-based treatment options depending on location and availability.
Current Session Fees
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale openings when possible.
New Jersey
• $200 for 45-minute sessions
• Aetna is accepted directly through Headway

New York
• $280 for 45-minute sessions
• $350 for 60-minute sessions
Out-of-Network Benefits
For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide documentation to assist with reimbursement and help guide people through that process if needed.
In these cases, clients pay session fees directly and are reimbursed by their insurance provider according to their plan’s out-of-network coverage.

A note about fee differences by state
Listed Out-of-Pocket fees reflect differences in demand regarding overhead per state--maintaining a practice in Manhattan involves higher expense than across the river.
Most insurances offer some level of coverage for out-of-network providers. I take time in the consultation call and/or the first session to go over this with you and instruct you on how to determine your coverage.
If you want to look for your own information, you can call your insurance and ask for their behavioral health or mental health department, where you can ask directly their policies on your mental health deductible and out of network coverage for behavioral health
